
Pie Crust
Ingredients:
- 11 oz. Nilla Wafers
- 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions:
Step 1: Mix Nilla Wafers and melted butter in food processor or mixer.
Step 2: Oil 9 in. spring form pan on all sides and bottom.
Step 3: Gently pat cookie mixture into bottom of the pan, evenly.
Step 4: Place into freezer until you need it again.
Banana Cream Cheese Filling
Ingredients:
- Nilla Wafer Pie Crust
- 32 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 (3.4 oz) box banana cream pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 300 Degrees.
Step 2: Combine cream cheese and sugar.
Step 3: Add eggs and mix well.
Step 4: Add in banana pudding, mix well.
Step 5: Pour into pie crust and spread evenly.
Step 6: Bake in oven for about 55 - 60 minutes.
Step 7: Allow cheesecake to cool at room temp. for a hour.
Step 8: Place cheesecake into fridge of 2 hours.
Step 9: Remove from fridge and place into freezer for a hour.
Grand Marnier Caramel Drizzle
Ingredients:
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
Directions:
Step 1: Cook sugar in sauce pan over medium high heat.
Step 2: As sugar starts to melt, stir with whisk.
Step 3: As soon as the sugar comes to a boil, stop stirring.
Step 4: Once sugar turn to a dark amber color.
Step 5: Removed pan from heat, add in milk and Grand Marnier.
Step 6: Mix Well and let cool to room temp.
Waiting for it to thaw out now so I can do the toppings. I’m super excited to try it
