Supa Cent Deep Fried Chicken with Cajun Nola
Deep Fried Chicken, Seasoned Green Beans, and Instant Mashed Potatoes.
Ingredients:
- 14 - 16 Whole Chicken Wings
- 6 - 8 Tablespoons Cajun Nola
- 2 1/2 Cup of All Purpose Flour
- 3 Quarts of Frying Oil
Directions:
Rinse and dry chicken wings. Set oil on med high heat till it reaches 350 degrees. Season both sides of each chicken wing with Cajun Nola. Place flour in 1 gallon ziplock bag. Season the flour. Place 4 - 5 wings at a time in ziplock bag of flour. Shake well, till all wings are fully coated. Place 4 — five wings at a time in 350 degrees oil for 10 — 14 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove wings from the oil and place on a paper towel. There you have it.
